This is why she strongly believes in adding a cognitive behavioral approach to your program. She will guide you through identifying your unique tastes, be it in food or workouts and also finding our your “whys” by targeting your motivators and your personal barriers to fitness. She will constantly have you question your limiting beliefs and would rather be honest and help you rather than being nice and having nothing change for you. She truly believes self-awareness is your ultimate superpower.
